For this reason, we provide fully personalised management, strategically designed to comprehensively meet the unique needs and goals of each owner.

These prices do not include the 23% IVA (VAT).
Note: These prices will be adjusted to a lower value in cases where we undertake both maintenance and rental of your property.
Included in our management fees services are:
Accounting services
Each property has an owner’s account with utility, staff and expenses receipts, continually updated, available and prepared for your tax returns.
Staff management
We supply maids, gardeners, pool cleaners and any tradesmen required as may be necessary. We supervise the work carried out to your property once a week, to ensure that you get good service at a fair price.
Security services
We make frequent internal and external inspections of your property during your absence. This means that any problems are identified early on. We inform you and offer solutions.
