Each property has an owner’s account with utility, staff and expenses receipts, continually updated, available and prepared for your tax returns.
We supply maids, gardeners, pool cleaners and any tradesmen required as may be necessary. We supervise the work carried out to your property once a week, to ensure that you get good service at a fair price.
We make frequent internal and external inspections of your property during your absence. This means that any problems are identified early on. We inform you and offer solutions.
